Harvard Athletic Achievements

Walter Clarkson was a pitcher for the Harvard Crimson and the team’s captain in 1903. During that season he helped the team post a 19-5 record.  Walter was considered the “best college pitcher of his era” and went on to play for the New York Highlanders and Cleveland Naps between 1904 and 1908.
