Reverence Capital Partners
Reverence Capital Partners is looking to hire an associate to join the firm’s recently established private credit team. Reverence was founded in 2013 by Milton Berlinski, Peter Aberg and Alex Chulack, as a middle market private equity firm. The firm has raised two private equity funds and has invested over $5.4bn to date.
The credit team was started in 2020 by Jeff Verschleiser, who was previously Head of Global Mortgages, Credit, and Municipals Trading at Goldman Sachs and Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Mortgage Trading at Bear, Stearns & Co. The credit team invests across industries and focuses primarily on private structured credit and public dislocated credit opportunities. The team has raised ~$500mm to date and is on track to raise ~$750mm-1bn by mid-2021.
The credit team is looking to hire an investment professional with 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or investing (equity or credit). The new hire will join a lean team and will have significant responsibility across new investment analysis, due diligence and execution. This is a career track position on a newly formed, experienced and entrepreneurial team with a collaborative and flat culture.
