Women in Sports Tech

In 2020, WiST awarded fifteen fellowships, nearly quadrupling the number granted in 2019.
A WiST Fellowship provides:

Work Experience

A paid, 2-month summer internship of up to $5,000 (plus an additional expense stipend).

Opportunity

An opportunity to create your own project experience or apply to a structured internship hosted by a WiST partner.
 

Mentorship
A dedicated mentor from WiST’s community, as well as access to a strong network of fellowship alumnae and members of WiST’s Board and Advisory Board.

Insight
Insights into the wide range of career paths and opportunities in the industry, including data science, product development, fan experiences, sports performance, and more.

We define the sports tech industry broadly and encourage experiences that combine the themes of sports and technology innovation in creative ways.
