Smashfest
Smashfest® is a charitable ping-pong event where guests mix, mingle, and play ping-pong against celebrities and professional athletes, all in the name of rare cancer and concussion research. Started in 2012 by NHL player and Harvard grad, Dominic Moore '03, Smashfest has raised over a million dollars for charity. In 2020 we pivoted to a digital mini series in light of COVID-19. We are seeking a part time Marketing and Operations Assistant to handle all things digital marketing and a variety of other tasks that come up. This position will be 5-10 hours a week with the potential to increase in 2021 depending on fit and feasibility of hosting a 2021 event.

The ideal candidate should be familiar with most if not all of the following tools/skills and eager to learn in the case you aren’t familiar with a certain tool:

Your Experience

This position will report directly to Smashfest founder and director, Dominic Moore '03. You will have a fair amount of autonomy with weekly check-ins on projects/goals.
