St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented individual to support our cybersecurity operations program. The successful candidate will perform investigations and respond to potential incidents rapidly and accurately, ensure system vulnerabilities are tracked, categorized, and escalated appropriately, and will be responsible for operational support of technical security systems, including; installation, configuration, tuning, support and maintenance of security platforms. The incumbent will have direct involvement in a wide variety of cybersecurity areas including security monitoring, incident response, threat and vulnerability management, risk management, awareness training, and policy/control implementation.

Related experience in Information Technology and fundamental knowledge of Cybersecurity principles is required.
Cybersecurity experience within an enterprise environment is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Engineering, Management of Information Systems or related field within six months of employment start date is required.
